I wish all members, friends and visitors Merry Xmas, where christians celebrate the birth of Jesus. There is plenty about this
event written down in the New Testament and all about his later appearance as God, but we learn nothing about the childhood of
growing up Jesus. Certainly he grew up like a normal human child under normal human education.
German surrealistic painter Max Ernst
thought about this too and created his picture "Maria spanks Jesus Child with presence of three witnesses", quite a scandal in 1926,
but today it is great art, and the theme makes us smile. (Regard the fallen aureola at the bottom right!) Among those numerous
publications of today about spanking, this picture should also have its place and though not "ebony", I show it here.

Ich wünsche allen Mitgliedern, Freunden und Besuchern Frohe Weihnachten, wo Christen die Geburt Jesu feiern. Über dieses
Ereignis ist viel im Neuen Testament geschrieben, und alles über sein späteres Auftreten als Gott, aber wir erfahren nichts
über seine Kindheit. Sicherlich ist Jesus wie ein ganz normales Kind aufgewachsen und wie ein normaler Mensch erzogen worden.
Der deutsche surrealistische Maler Max Ernst hat auch darüber nachgedacht und er schuf das Gemälde "Maria züchtigt das
Jesuskind in Gegenwart von drei Zeugen", ein ziemlicher Skandal in 1926, aber heute ist es grosse Kunst, und wir lächeln
über das Thema. (Beachtet den herunter gefallenen Heiligenschein rechts unten!) Unter den vielen gegewärtigen
Veröffentlichungen über Spanking hat auch dieses Bild seinen Platz, und ich zeige es hier, obwohl kein "ebony".

Je souhaite à tous les membres, amis et visiteurs un Joyeux Noël, où les chrétiens fêtent la naissance de Jésus.
Sur cet événement beaucoup de choses sont écrites dans le Nouveau Testament ainsi que sur sa future apparition comme Dieu, mais nous
ne savons rien sur l'enfance de Jésus. Certainement il a grandí comme un enfant normal avec une éducation humaine normale.
Le peintre surréaliste allemand Max Ernst avait réfléchí à ça aussi, et il a fait son tableau
"Maria fesse l'Enfant Jésus en présence des trois témoins", un scandale considérable en 1926, mais aujourd'hui c'est
du grand art, et nous rigolons sur le sujet. (Regardez l'aureole tombée en bas à droite!) Parmi les publications nombreuses
d'aujourd'hui sur le sujet de la fessée ce tableau aussi a sa place, et bien que non "d'ébéne", je le montre ici.
